In short
There are no accounts, no ads and no sharing of data for advertising. Files you open in a tool (for example an invoice) and content you enter (for example for a QR code) are processed only in your browser and are not sent to us.
What we process – and why
- Serving the website. When you visit, our host Vercel processes technically necessary data in server logs: IP address, time, requested page, browser. Basis: legitimate interest in secure and stable operation (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
- Statistics without cookies. We use Umami (self-hosted, servers in the EU) and, on qrcode.voilakit.com, additionally Vercel Analytics. We record pages viewed, referrer, browser, device, approximate country and loading times (performance values such as LCP, INP and CLS). No cookies, no input, no files, no content from the tools. Your browser’s “Do Not Track” setting is respected. Basis: legitimate interest in improving our sites (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR); you can object (see below).
- Settings in your browser. We only store what the sites need for your choices: the selected language (one cookie shared by all Voilakit sites, so your choice applies everywhere), light/dark and view (local storage). In the E-Invoice Viewer, caching of program files enables offline use; at your explicit request, “Recently opened” can also remember files in your browser (can be switched off at any time, switching it off deletes them). This data stays on your device. It is necessary for the service you requested (Section 25(2) TDDDG), so no consent is required.
- Contact. If you write to us, we process your email address and message to reply (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
Who receives data?
- Vercel Inc. (USA): host of the websites and provider of Vercel Analytics. A data processing agreement is in place; transfers to the USA rely on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or standard contractual clauses.
- Statistics with Umami run on our own servers in the EU.
- Links to other sites (for example CApp Store, same operator): their privacy notices apply there.
We do not sell data.
How long?
We keep logs and statistics no longer than needed for their purpose. Settings in your browser stay until you delete them there.
Your rights
You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, data portability, and to object to processing based on legitimate interests. Write to contact@capp-store.com. You may also complain to a data protection authority, for example the State Commissioner for Data Protection and Freedom of Information of Baden-Württemberg. There is no automated decision-making.
Changes
If we change something (for example a new tool with additional features), we update this notice. The date above shows the current version.
